At MLE Billing Services, our story began with a simple goal: building a career that created both purpose and flexibility while making a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Founder & CEO Migdalia Lorenzo entered the medical billing field in 2007 after spending several years working one-on-one with special needs children in the education field. As a mother raising two active boys, she was looking for a profession that would allow her to balance family life, school schedules, sports, and the responsibilities of parenthood while continuing to grow professionally.

What began as a career opportunity quickly developed into a passion for helping providers navigate the business side of healthcare.

After nearly two decades working in medical billing and practice support, MLE Billing Services was founded to provide healthcare practices with more than traditional billing services. Built on years of industry experience, the company serves as a strategic partner, helping providers navigate revenue cycle management, operational challenges, and an increasingly complex insurance landscape.

Today, we proudly support a variety of specialties, including family practice, podiatry, birth services, lactation care, and independent healthcare providers. We understand that every practice operates differently, which is why our approach is never one-size-fits-all.
